Cool Options! You have two options for your debit card; you can convert it to a "web card” and enjoy the convenience of getting your beans and merchandise online or we can refund any monies that are left on your debit card.

Cool Refund! If you would like your money that is still active on your debit card refunded to you; please follow the below instructions. If you should have any questions, please contact our customer service group at 1-800-354-5282 ext. 6703.

• Mail us all of your contact information – name, address and phone number - along with the actual card to our corporate office at Diedrich Coffee Card Services, 28 Executive Park, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92614 Attention: John Scott.
  We recommend that you send the information and card to us via certified mail so you will have confirmation that we received it.
• Once the active balance on your store debit card has been confirmed, we will issue a refund check; it will be mailed to the address you provided us when you sent the card in.
• You should receive your refund check in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
• You MUST include your actual store debit card for the refund, no Xeroxed copies will be allowed.

Just follow this simple, one-step process to convert your debit card into a “web card” that you can use anytime on our site for coffee and merchandise. We’ll even send you a free 12-ounce bag of your favorite beans, just for making the change.
